This contract described all clauses and conditions between Search Israel.fr LTD (the "Company") and the "Advertiser".
By checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions" (or similar wording), you agree to all the terms of this contract, which constitutes a legal contract that engaged one to the other. Search Israel.fr LTD reserves the right, to his unique and solely discretion, to change the clauses and conditions of the present contract and to advise the Advertiser by email. Validity The timeframe will be defined between the Advertiser and the Company and will be set up on the affiliate network.

The Advertiser contact details (phone number and address only) will be displayed on the Advertiser page.
The Company do not interfere between the Advertiser and the end user.
Price: 250 sh/ month + VAT
Commitment: 12 months minimum

French translation of your ad (200 words)
Search Engine Optimization of the search results in Google.fr
5 pictures
1 video
Social network marketing
2-Offer "SearchIsrael.fr Conciergerie" (search engine + service concierge)
The Advertiser contact details (phone number and address only) will not be displayed on the Advertiser page.
The Company will take care of the end user.
Price: from 450sh/month+VAT + x% of the sale
The percentage will be defined between the Company and the Advertiser and will be set up in the Affiliate network.
Commitment: 12 months minimum

Translation of your ad (200 words)

Social network marketing
3-Offer "Le Club Conciergerie" (Personal Concierge Service)
This offer is strictly reserved to the Advertiser that the Company has selected. The terms and conditions will apply once the deal has been set up in the affiliate network.
Definitions
Flat Fee: fixed amount paid for a period defined by the Company and the Advertiser (12 months minimum), corresponding to the setup and posting an online Advertiser page on SearchIsrael.fr. This corresponds to the rent of an advertising space on the site. Excepted for special deal, besides otherwise notified, the flat fee is a monthly or yearly rent.
Flat Fee + percentage of the sale amount: fixed amount describe above + a percentage of the total sale amount. This percentage will be defined by the Company and the Advertiser and set up in the Affiliate network.
Lead: Is considered as a lead, the name, surname, email and telephone of an user
Reporting
Advertiser reports are available on the statistic section of each ad. The statistics will be updated one time per 24 hours.
1- Offer "SearchIsrael.fr Moteur de Recherche": The advertiser can see the number of click, impressions and lead.
2-Offer "SearchIsrael.fr Conciergerie": The advertiser can see the number of click, impressions and total sales amount.
Advertising Creative: must be provided at least one week before the advertiser page goes live. In case of delay Search Israel reserve the right to delay or cancel part of the campaign for a length equivalent to the delay. Creative can be changed as many times as you wish, except for video (up to twice) during the campaign length.
• Create a new ad, please take in account the following requirements: Words: 200 describing words in good French Pictures: -up to 5 pictures/ad
-size 800x600 or proportional -format: .jpeg or .gif -weight: 250ko/picture • Video Upload Process: the video needs to be provided by the client. Video can be changed up to twice during the campaign length. Search Israel can provide, video, picture and content, please ask for a quote. Please send us the movie url address. We'll have a look. If we validate it, we'll contact you in order to give you an ftp access so that you'll be able to upload. Finally, your movie will be broadcast on Search Israel TV Channel on Youtube. Ftp accepted formats: .Avi, .Mpeg, .Mp4, .Mov, .Mpg. Campaign Starting and end date The campaign timeframe will be set up in the Affiliate network, and will last 12 months, except decided otherwise by the Company and Advertiser.
Advertiser page cancelation clause
The Company reserves the right, to his unique and solely discretion, to cancel an advertiser page. The fee is refundable by number of days non-elapsed.
Payment • The setup fee, subscription, of the advertisement page has to be paid before going live.
• Monthly payment: monthly invoices are sent the 9th of the current month and must be paid on the 15th of the same month. Responsibility and Liability
In case of the Advertiser page content and rates are not updated by the Advertiser, the Company is not responsible for the conflict that can appear and the Advertiser has to support the difference between rates.
The Advertiser must keep the Company informed of any change of content and rates. Then the Company needs at least 8 business days before the changes are uploaded and visible on the site. If the delay of 8 business days is not respected by the advertiser, the advertiser has to support the difference between rates. The Company is allowed to prosecute in case of accidents, defected products/services and retain the payment until the litigation is solved.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be specifically attributed to the courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel, even in cases of multiple bodies or parts.
Contract availability
This contract will be available in Hebrew on the web site commencing the 1st January 2012. You can request a Hebrew version, and it will be send to you by email.
Guaranties The Company commits to provide the best service in order to reach the Advertiser objectives but do not commit on the numbers of impressions, clicks, leads and sales during the agreement length.
Force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this contract if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event means any event beyond the control of the Company. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting the Company or its suppliers.
